Develop a web designer's responsive website

Web Developer needed
You are pitching to a professional web design manager with 17 years experience and many connections within the industry. For those really serious candidates, there will be more future work to follow as my website will attract new clients to an already large book. I am looking for a trustworthy developer to have a long working relationship with.

All final designs will be provided.
The site must be responsive and high end.
Great quality is imperative. You'll be working closely (albeit remotely if you win) with the designer. The UX must be smooth, the quality of CSS and graphics, excellent.
SEO Ready
It is suggested that you use a responsive WordPress template and customise it.
Deadline for launch is 05 may 2013
