Develop a Laravel-Based System

We are looking to create a laravel system. The system will be a coupons, deals, retailers, store locations and products kind of system. Details to be provided privately.

You must have exceptional experience with Laravel and PHP. You must be familiar with migrations, repositories, blade, eloquent, L5 and have a grasp of good programming habits.

You must also be available to spend enough hours weekly so we can get the system complete within a reasonable amount of time.
