Design my website

I am setting up a will writing business and require a website design. The colour theme is to be whites, blacks, pinks and silvers and I already have information about pages.

The website must be user friendly and also allow my clients to:
1- send email/appointment requests through the website
2- complete a basic will online and pay for this online.

Ideally the person designing this will also load it onto my domain site via ftp.

I am using one.com for hosting and have already purchased a domain; as a result I believe the website will need to be designed/built for php.

I will pay 50% deposit upon start of project and 50% remainder upon end of project.

Designer must also be available for further work which will be paid via a different project potentially.
