Design code or program in Java or python

I would like to create a code to search and extract letters from paragraphs in Java.
For example (this is just example; the data is huge and also the search will be with a specific strategy) I want to find the paragraphs that have the letters: -d----ii-
The dashes are defined distances e.g. ---- it means pass 4 letters then match

qwdrtyuiiep
>paragraph-2
asdfghjiiof
>paragraph-3
zxcvlklekoe

So in this example the return will be paragraph-1 and paragraph-2. I will like the code to read and extract the paragraphs that contain these letters and also show the number of the letters in the text e.g. d is 70 and ii are 77 and 78
