Design an AI Framework for our bespoke CRM

The candidate will develop AI capabilities to prioritize and score leads, forecast opportunity success, segment accounts, and identify personas. Responsibilities include automating and optimizing communications across multiple channels, recommending next-best actions for sales reps, and providing actionable dashboards with insights. The framework must include continuous learning, multi-tenant readiness, and seamless integration with CRM workflows.
