Datascience Machine Learning project

I have 4 datasets circa 100k records in each. 10 or 12 features. 5 years of data which has inputs and outputs.

Objectives of study:
1. Understand which features have the most impact?
2. Which Machine Learning library provides the most accurate prediction?

Developer will need to:
1. Document all code and analysis in Jupyter notebook
2. Provide visuals of conclusions.
3. Present findings.
4. Assist/suggest parameter changes/further areas of study.
5. Skills transfer of ML/code.

Ongoing work for succesful candidate with additional data science sudies required.
