Data needs splitting into rows

I have a spreadsheet that contains a list of assets that are tagged individually on site with little stickers. This document is a register of the items that are on site. They have a location reference, category , brief description with a few other details.

All the tags are shown within a range eg 100003 to 1000012, with the other details on the row filled out. I need each tag number to be split out onto it's own row. All the other data remaining the same. So 100004, 100005 with all the other items remaining the same. Is this something you can help me with?

I've attached a sample range, with a separate tab that shows what we are looking to achieve, There are 1131 rows that need splitting.
