Is there an existing webhook/API from your custom application that the form should connect to, or any documentation we can review for the integration?
-

Are you happy for us to build this on an existing WordPress form plugin (e.g., CF7/Gravity/Fluent), or do you need a fully custom form/plugin? Also, can you share the API/webhook requirements at a high level (endpoint(s), auth method type, and how attachments should be sent — multipart upload vs pre-signed link), with any sensitive details redacted?
-

Do you need a validation for the form fields including the file type of documents attached?
Do you need to review all contacts via WP admin dashboard by table view or etc?
Do you want to use 3rd party Email service or use built-in plugin for email integration? -

Hello,
Thank you for sharing the project details. Before proceeding, I have a few quick questions to ensure the solution fits your needs perfectly:
- Do you already have an API/Webhook endpoint available, and can you share the required request format (headers, authentication, payload structure)?
- Are there any file size or file type restrictions for document uploads?
- For the email condition logic, what rule should be applied (e.g., specific domains, whitelist/blacklist, or pattern-based)?
- When the API transfer is turned OFF, should submissions always be sent by email, or should they be stored in WordPress as well?
- Do you have a preferred form plugin/framework, or should this be built as a fully custom solution?
- Should the ON/OFF toggle for the web application transfer be accessible only to admins?
Once I have these details, I can provide a clear implementation plan.
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Omar
