Custom image web app

Hello,

Please note my budget is £1200.

I want a custom image configurator web app designing and building and I need someone who is knowledgeable in creating custom desktop apps.

We sell custom art on eBay we build these images from a selection of image parts to build the final custom image.

I want a web app that I can add images to that will let me create the art from the custom parts we use.

I have attached the project to this description in detail with the features needed with image explainers in a document.

Theirs is only for mugs and is for customers to use whereas ours will be for A4 and for our own personal use to start with.

All the requirements in the explainer document need to be completed so it is fully functional once completed.
