Do you have access to the current webmail host’s control panel to lower DNS TTLs before we start? Speeds everything up.

* Which provider currently hosts the email and DNS — cPanel, GoDaddy, Cloudflare, 20i, Namecheap, Microsoft 365, or something else?
* Are there any existing services tied to the domain that rely on current DNS records (website hosting, newsletters, CRM tools, forms, SMTP services, etc.) that must remain untouched during the migration?
* Will this be a single mailbox setup or multiple user accounts/aliases/groups inside Google Workspace?
* Do you already have the Google Workspace subscription/account created, or should the full setup and configuration be handled from scratch?
* Are email clients/devices already heavily in use (Outlook, Apple Mail, phones, tablets), meaning we should plan a staged switchover to avoid disruption?
* Do you want stricter DMARC enforcement configured from the start for deliverability/security, or a softer rollout first to monitor any rejected mail traffic?
* Is there a preferred maintenance window for DNS/MX cutover to minimise disruption to incoming mail?
