CSS/JS/jQuery menu problem

Go to "Services" menu on right and observe a sub-menu appearing. Now take mouse diagonally (shortest route) to the far left menu option "eBay Collection Service". You will notice the sub-menu disappearsas you pass over "Pricing". To get to the left hand side you must first move straight down then move to the left over the sub-menus.
If you think you can fix this please take the time to provide a few details in order to convince me - it's a tricky little problem that two developers have already tried and failed - I want to be sure you can actually do it and keep the site usable.
