Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of requirements/functionality: I want a console app in .NET using the the latest version (version 13) of Crystal Report Developers Version for Visual Studio. It is free on their web site. I want to run the console app with only one parameter. That is the name of the crystal report. This console app will run the report and exit. Nothing is shown on the screen. This has to be done in Visual Studio 2013 or later.

    When you say run the report and do nothing I assume you mean that you want the report to be saved down or converted to PDF/Excel? Please advise

    The user will create the report in Crystal. All I have to do is run it on a scheduler. The console app could have a second parameter that has the destination choice. For example, Printer, PDF, CSV, or TXT
