Create software to query current U.S. stock options data in real-time for analysis.

I want to create software capable of extracting, filtering and processing stock pricing together with options pricing to help me sort and find the best complex strategies (especially covered calls) available in real time. I trade with Interactive Brokers and have a live market data subscription with them. Delayed data is good enough for the purpose of development of this software and is available with the demo of Interactive Brokers TraderWorkStation (TWS). The software will interface with TWS through its API. As an example of what I want this software to do:

Search deep-in-the-money covered calls, filtered for open interest, stock price and market cap, and sort them based on annualized return and protection to strike price and break even price including for dividend payouts, as well as be able to distinguish between the capital and dividend component of the return. A more advanced feature might be to automatically search this continuously and send me an alert when certain conditions are met. The attached PDF outlines the requirements of the project.
