Create small App in a Docker container on a Synology NAS

Produce code that will run in a Docker Container on a Synology NAS.

The code will:

(1) Monitor a designated folder on the NAS for new XML files

(2) Examine the (small) XML files for the contents of a single Tag.

(3) Utilising a dataset of approx. 25 possible tag contents and their corresponding folder destinations move the file to a designated folder on the NAS.

I.E.; IF XML Tag contains "Text Y" move file to "Folder Z" on the same NAS.

(4) Record in a simple (text/csv) log file a list of all the files that have been moved and the date and time.

Remote access to the synology NAS will be provided as will a collection of sample XML files to use for testing.

You will be required to make any setup configurations to the Docker Container if required. It is not anticipated that any prioritisation configurations will be need at this stage as the overall system demands will be low.

Please advise what programming language you intend to use (and if any standard Docker Hub images might be used what they are).
