Create Simple JSON Zapier Integration

We use a service called Zapier.com which allows us to integrate several other SAAS services we use together. Zapier basically is a "hub" for api's to connect easily with each other.

The goal of this project is to create a way for us to initiate a new "Zap" when someone clicks a link we create.

Here is an example of a link we might create (please note I am not a coder so this syntax might be off, its just an example):

We need to be able to edit the following:
- Destination URL: http://www.destination-url.com
- Tags: email-1,email@domain.com,sitedomain

SO when that link is clicked it needs to parse the URL and put the info into JSON format.

Once there, that "processing-file.php" need to then push that data to Zapier.

Once you're on board we will give you our Zapier login as well as access to our server where you can then edit the "processing-file.php".
