Create Outlook Plugin

Outlook plugin
We are looking for the following requirements within an outlook plugin
• Take the text and or attachments of the email and encrypted it into a pdf that is password protected
• There should be a button that will allow the user to encrypt or not
• Option to set different passwords based on email address
• Option to set the replacement text of the email
• Some sort of activation/licensing over the internet to a server to control installs.
• The plugin needs to work with Outlook 2010+ 32 bit and 64 bit
• Plug in must be able to install using MSI and passing through any configuration options
