Create new web page, python bootstrap skills required

You can call me Da.
I have a web page which is created with:
* Python3.x
* Flask
* Mysql
* Bootstrap

It simply load some data from mysql table, show it on the web page, also include some search features.

Now what need to do is like below:
1) Add a new column to each row, click on a cell, open a another panel (not new page, not dialog, but something like div), in the opened new panel are 2 tabs
-- each tab will read from one additional table which is searched by the clicked row.

I will
* provide you the sql statement to create the table, but no data, you will need to generate fake data.
* provide you the current web page and python code.

I need:
* working code (with comments)
* answering to my questions before I can deploy it on server.
* I hope the web page doesn't look too ugly.
