Create Microsoft Power Automation

I need to create an automation within the Office 365 environment, ideally using Microsoft Power Automate, to do the following:

1. When a new response is submitted for a particular Microsoft Forms survey / form
2. Capture the response details
3. Create a Task in Microsoft Planner with the name, start and end dates, and description populated from the corresponding fields in the form
4. Assign the task to specific team members
5. Post a message in a Microsoft Teams chat with a group consisting of the same team members.

I've tried to do this myself, but the Power Automate visual interface doesn't allow setting the Task details in Planner as I'd like to, so I assume this has to be done via code. I need someone to help me set this up.

Please include in your response whether you have specific experience with Power Automate and Planner automations.
