Create an online version of excel program

General information for the business: where outlets can order their stock from head office
Description of requirements/functionality: Each site has a database of products and on a daily basis currently faxes their order to head office to be delivered the next day.
The products are currently on an excel sheet.
Extra notes: I have an excel program and would like to update it to an online system.
I'm eager to get this completed asap as I had chosen someone to do this on pph and was badly let down.
