Create An Excel With Macros

I need to take a table of data (Pre populated) , and create a new sheet for each line of data. each sheet will look the same, but certain cells will update values using data in the main table.

then, the macro needs to read to see if any values in the table have changed since it was opened and the macros saves the sheet to a PDF an creates a new email with pre populated text and the PDF sheet attached.

we have the templates and a similar working document, but currently all the lines of data have their own sheet created and we have decide which ones to send, rather than it being automated.

this may need a call to discuss the specifics with examples before the project is started.
