Create an excel template

I have an excel spreadsheet with a list of data. I want to create a template that automatically draws graphs based on the data I add (cut and paste). The graphs could contain 3600 lines or less, so the graphs need to be dynamic according to the data that is added. I put the raw data in tab1. Tab2 cleans the data a bit. Graphs should appear in tab 3.

Someone with excellent excel (2011) knowledge required and possible Macro knowledge.

Should be easy for someone who knows how to do this. I have spent way to long on it. I can upload the spreadsheet later.
