Create an exacutable / EXE file from a working SQL script.

I require assistance in converting an SQL script into a functional executable EXE file. The SQL script contains a set of instructions that need to be packaged into an executable that can be run independently, without requiring direct interaction with a database management system.

Job Requirements:
Input: SQL script that contains a set of database operations and queries.
Output: A working EXE file that, when executed, processes the SQL script and interacts with the database appropriately.
Database: Please specify the type of database the EXE file should support (e.g., MySQL, SQLite, MS SQL Server).
Platform: The executable should be compatible with Windows Sever 2019 / 2022 / Windows 10 / windows 11.
Additional Requirements:
The executable should be able to connect to the database (credentials to be provided).
Error handling and logging features within the EXE.
Optionally, the executable can be designed to include a simple user interface, if necessary.
Deliverables:
