Create a web page that displays data from an API

We have an API provided by the software developer of a system we use to manage our transport crews for non-emergency patient transfers. We would like to use the output of the API to display the status of the patients per ward based on an initial login per ward which will then select the relevant patient data from the API and display it as per the attached example.

It is a single web page that will be constantly displayed so will need to stay logged in permanently unless logged out. The page will need to refresh every minute and will be hosted on a Microsoft IIS server so will be simpler for us if the page can be developed as an asp.net page but we could set up APACHE if necessary for it to work correctly.

This is an urgent requirement and I would need the prospective developer to start within a week of accepting your quote.
