Create a script to send a digital currency transaction

I have so many jobs on all my devs are occupied with mission critical tasks and so I am stepping out to see if we can find some new high performance individuals who can help me rebuild our new world!

My first requirement is for someone who can create a Linux script to send a digital currency transaction when an application is received. I want you to make a script which monitors this blockchain account https://telos.bloks.io/account/bigsquirrel1 and when a tx is sent to it requesting certification of 1GSS then send one of 3 pre written responses in immediate reply using an eosio command line wallet.

We currently do this manually as you can see in the account, all the transactions are public, so I am looking to automate it now we have over 100 certified users and growing.

The users sending the transaction all learn how to do it from this website https://www.ACORNs.fun when you get to level6 (1GSS) then in order to receive the certification the users must send a blockchain transaction requesting certification.

We have 3 pre written messages to send in reply.
