Create a DJI flight record processing web service

Dronedesk is a business admin and flight planning web application for commercial drone operators in the UK.

We want to offer a service to our clients that will automatically sync their flight records from their DJI-branded drones, into their Dronedesk account - thereby automating their flight logging.

DJI have supplied us with an API key and their SDK (written in C++) and relevant documentation. We need someone to take that SDK and create a web service that we can deploy on our web server so that it will, either on a schedule, or on user-demand, access the user's DJI flight logs, decrypt and parse them into a MySQL database in summary format.
