Create a c# routine to create pdf invoices

I need a method that I can call that returns a pdf document. The input will be a POCO with details that make up the invoice and some urls for the images. I have no specific preference for the library to be used but it must be opensource and one of the major ones e.g pdfsharp
I will provide an example in Excel to the person who can do this and can show their experience from PPH ratings. The deliverable is a small solution with unit tests.
This is do-able in 1 -2 days or less for someone that's done it before.
