Create a 3D House and make it walkable in Unity3D

Hi there,

I need a Unity3D guy to help me. Related tags: 3D modeling and video game development. So, I need a 3D modeling based on my sketch in the attachment. It's about a flat house building with a garden and a basic interior. The user is seeing also in the environment the SEA. First, you need to create a house in Cinema4D or a similar tool based on my sketch. Afterwards, create a basic Unity3D way of walking into the house with basic interactions. We have 4 interactions:

1. Open the house door
2. Play music in the jukebox
3. Turn on/off TV
4. Turn on/off lights

So, it's basically a really easy task to accomplish. The quality of the 3D house should be good looking but not best. Use standard textures and stuff like that from libraries. That's okay. Also, the interior design uses predefined objects from a library. Make it most simple to use and interact.
