Copying production website to development subdomain

When my website was initially developed I had a development site under a subdomain, and the live website on the main domain. Over the past couple of years we've made a number of changes to the live site, but we haven't done those changes to the development site on the subdomain.
I am after someone to copy the live website to the subdomain (I'll send you a compressed live site) for you to put into the sub domain, but you'll need to find any hard coded links and change them to the sub domain.
