Convert svg to gerber file

I have a svg file that I drew to create a super simple PCB. The PCB manufacturers need a gerber file to make my circuit boards. I also want someone to help with creating a BOM list of components (maybe like 5-6 components). So I need someone who knows how to use a PCB software like Eagle or anything like that to simply create the conversion of what I want into the final file format. I would prefer s someone knew a little bit about the PCIE socket and regular ATX power connectors, only because I would like a very simple review of my connections to see if anything is obviously off. This product is pretty much a PCIe card riser, so it is the simplest possible PCB design ever.
