Connect to Quandle API

I'd like your help connecting me to the Quandle API. I need to a) install Quandle API and b) access and submit a key. I have limited experience using python although i only really need the if function for this task.

I am aiming to a) create scripts that anticipate incoming macro economic data ( through quandle api) b) using if statements i plan to then produce a simple message via print function to tell me if these conditions have been met.

once i'm connected to the Quandle API- i'll be able to crack on with this.

I would like to work with you for an hour via skype and team viewer so i can get on track!
