Connect front end signup form with restful API

Description of requirements/functionality: I am looking for someone to help complete the signup form on our wordpress website and then call our API for signup - tasks below

1. We have a current form on our website that consists of three fields: Company name, email, password
2, you need to add another pop up (psd to be provided and jpeg attached for reference) with six further fields that will be made in a second call to the api. (its a jpeg image in he background of the pop up so we can just add a page with the jpeg image background and then the pop up on top of it.

The work is extremely simple for anyone with API/ Wordpress experience. Its a restful API
