Config Deployer for Laravel & fix problem

I run a server with Docker and Laravel.

When I push to github the deployment process starts and pushes the repo to my server but:
- doesn't migrate the to the database. (Mysql runs in a docker-container)
- Laravel is not accesible because of the following error: " There is no existing directory at "/home/laravel/app2/releases/1/storage/logs" and its not buildable: Permission denied ".

For fixing this issues Laravel, Derployer and Docker knowledge is required.

Please fix this two issues.
