Completion of php travel services website

Hi, I have a part completed site which I am seeking to have the development and design completed. My previous developer has let me down so I am looking for someone reliable and local to Leicester so I can discuss my specific brief with face to face. The work completed has been done on PHP coding and there is further work to be done to complete the functionality and I am seeking someone prepared to work with the exiting code.

There are 3 areas of bespoke functionality. These include a a dynamic User Account Area, Car Hire Quote Service and an E- commerce Sat Nav Hire service. A content editor has been implemented and also a administration console. I have a clear idea of what I want to achieve and maybe you can indicate to me the best solution!
