Complete tiny web app

Hello,

I need a tiny apps created. It requires a simple login/forgotten password screen, a registration screen for users to make a subscription payment (free usage for a month) to my PayPal account prior to using the functionality and a user area to store own files. I have started it in pure PHP, but will prefer React/Node or even PHP/jQuery to prevent browser refresh.

Please note that aggresive messaging and any requests to work outside of PPH wil NOT be tolerated.
