General information for the business: We provide English training for business people.
Kind of development: Customization of existing program
Description of every module: We have had a Sencha developer rebuild our existing mobile app. The existing app was built with Sencha (V1.9!) and has now been totally redesigned and rebuilt in Sencha V2.2x. You can view the existing/old V1.9 app in the app store here:

The new app looks completely different but most of the functionality is consistent with the new version. The developer was progressing well until he beginning of the year. Since then it's been greatly delayed so we would like to find an new developer to complete the project.
I'm aware of an issue with the on-device caching of the app content which blocks the app from fully loading. Beyond that I are not sure what other issue there could be, but the Sencha side looks to be working OK.
The developer has provided 2 complete project folders. One for iOS and one for Android which have both been imported into PhoneGap, so all the core files and code are available. Both project directories are available from our FTP.
I'm looking for someone who knows PhoneGap who can:
1. Check the newly developed version and determine any issues & fixes.
2. Implement these fixes so that the app runs to specification.
3. Make sure the app is properly packaged for iOS and Android and help load the final IPA/APK packages to our developer accounts for review/release.
The iOS app is the priority as this replaces our existing app (which is broken and the reason why we are trying to make a new version).
I would propose splitting the work into 2 projects:
1. Troubleshot and determine the issues wth the existing code & suggests fixes.
2. Implement agreed fixes and help prep app for App Tore review/release.

2. Implement these fixes so that the app runs to specification.
3. Make sure the app is properly packaged for iOS and Android and help load the final IPA/APK packages to our developer accounts for review/release.
