Coding for interactive form (PDF)

We have created an interactive PDF for our members to vote in our upcoming Board elections. Please see the attached form.

We would like, if possible, to code the form to place restrictions on how people can vote. In our election rules, our members can vote for:

- no more than 18 candidates in total
- no more than 6 candidates from any one regional category
- no more than 3 candidates from any one country

As you can see on the form, only one regional category has more than 6 candidates (Europe, with 7) and only one country has more than 3 candidates (Canada, with 4).

Would you be able to apply coding to the form so that voters cannot exceed these restrictions?

This is a short notice job as we need to open voting at the end of this week: we would need the form to be ready by tomorrow afternoon (Thursday 11 June).

This is not 'web development' as such but there was no other suitable category to place the job in.

Please give examples of your relevant work with your proposal.
