Codeigniter PHP, MySQL print ordering system - additional func

We have an existing Codeigniter PHP, MySQL print ordering system which allows us to edit our HTML template and add their own text and images. The user can then output print ready PDF artwork that can be sent to a printer. We use PDFCrowd to convert the HTML into PDF, so knowledge of this would be useful.

MUST HAVE CODEIGNITER EXPERIENCE

The system needs the additional functionality added:

1: To be able to pre load artwork with ability to change defined text areas (our intention is to enable images to be changed also which you may require in the future).

2: Use font Gill Sans? Unfortunately we are unable to use this font however we can access google fonts, and there is one very similar: https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Lato

3: Ensure all headings to be lower case for brand style.

4: Add a sub admin user level with restricted functionality

5: Print orders to have a pre filled in delivery addresses which relates to the user login. This can however be amended should the delivery need to go elsewhere

6: Provide a section which requires a PO number to be added in which relates to the order value. Order cannot be placed without this.

7: Proofing stage to be available pre print and authorised by the user. This is for editable artwork only.

8: Non editable pdfs to be uploaded for immediate print – no proofing required.

9: Artwork categories to be set up - Categories; SWIMMING, GYM, GROUP EXERCISE, CATERING, RETAIL, RACKETS, OTHER

10: Shopping basket to be available so that the user could pick a few items and order at the end.

11: Prices and quantity breakdowns to be available when ordering.
