Description
Experience Level: Entry
I need PHP code for an 'Add to Calendar' link using this method:
https://www.litmus.com/blog/how-to-create-an-add-to-calendar-link-for-your-emails/
to each of the 'Add to Calendar' links on this page:
https://wildbluepress.com/wp-content/themes/magazine-pro/cat-ListOpenRoadPromos.php
I need the details for each of the books to go into the link so when they click on the link they add the details for that book to their selected calendar. Note that all of the book fields on the wildbluepress page come from a database, so ultimately it will be populated from the database.
Ideally there would be a PHP function that passes all of the parameters, and I call it for every one of the links on the wildbluepress.com page. You don't really need logins. All you need to do is write php code like this. I can give you the full list of variables after we start, and you can plug in temp data for now from the books listed on the wildbluepress.com page.
--
$title = "The Tuskegee Strangler";
$buttoncode = "";
$coverurl = "";
$result = CreateCalendarLink ($title , $buttoncode , $coverurl ...);
function CreateCalendarLink ($title, $buttoncode, $coverurl, ...) {
//code to create the calendar link content
Add to Calendar
}
