Client end Drupal developer (custom themes)

I have a website that has been developed by custom drupal modules. A new front end design is need. I created a design using photo shop and I need someone to programme it to work with my website. The site is a Drupal site with custom modules, so I need someone to develope a custom Drupal theme which should work with my custom drupal site. This work is required to be done in the next two weeks maximum.
