Claude designed app needs moving to Azure for scale.

Could you give me a fixed price for the work below? A short outline of whether you can help, the cost and a rough timeline would be great.

About the app

Our web app is for schools.

It's a standard PHP and MySQL app, developed with Claude. It's currently hosted on one.com shared hosting: the app files sit on the app.isstrack.com subdomain, and the database is a one.com MySQL database. The marketing site is on the main isstrack.com domain.

It's working well and schools are already using it. With the growth I'm expecting, I now need the app hosted in a UK data centre, backed up daily and set up properly for scale. I'm planning for thousands of schools with around 30 users each, so tens of thousands of users in total.

What I need

1. Move the app to Azure (UK South)
- Set up the hosting in Azure UK South. I'm open to other advice if you'd recommend something better.
- Move the MySQL database from one.com to Azure.
- Move the uploaded files (school evidence, up to 25 MB per file) to storage that keeps them safe.
- Keep the same subdomain address where the files are currently uploaded, look, feel and features. Nothing should change for users.
- Keep the app live and working throughout, with any switch-over at a quiet time and as little downtime as possible.
- Daily backups of the database and the uploaded files, with a tested way to restore them.
- Replace the one.com scheduled task that calls cron.php every 5 minutes with an Azure timer (or similar).
- Recreate the security rules currently in the .htaccess file (keeping config.php and the code and upload folders private, and forcing https), since Azure's PHP hosting may not use .htaccess.
- Set up monitoring so I'm told if the app goes down.

2. Automated emails (please price separately)
The app sends invitations, reminders, password resets and invoices by email. It currently sends through a one.com mailbox and will soon hit one.com's sending limits. I'd like your advice on the best service (for example Azure Communication Services, Amazon SES, Postmark or SMTP2GO), and for it to be set up with a proper sending address and the domain records needed so emails don't go to spam.

3. Microsoft and Google sign-in, and two-step verification (please price separately)
The web app already has code for Microsoft and Google sign-in, but it hasn't been configured to work yet. I'd like this set up and tested, and some form of two-step verification added for users.

In your reply, could you include
- A fixed price for each of the three parts above
- A rough timeline
- Your estimate of the monthly Azure running costs at a few hundred schools and at a few thousand
- Whether you offer ongoing support or maintenance, and the cost
- What documentation you'd hand over, so I understand how everything is set up
- How you'd handle access to school data during the work, as I'll need a data processing agreement in place
