Chrome Extension

I need a chrome extension that will place orders for me automatically on a forex platform.
1. Signals come from telegram groups in the form of text and images and 60 seconds YouTube videos.
2. Signals also come from a website which must be monitored every minute to see if new signals have arrived

Once a signal has arrived, for example, Buy EURUSD SL 123456 TP 65789, then the risk must be calculated based on the current balance in the account. 5% risk will be used for each Order. This risk will be calculated using the stop loss given.
Once a signal has been confirmed and the risk has been calculated, the order should be placed. The broker's name is CapitalStreet, one may open a demo account with them for developing the application.
