Charting with D3, JavaScript, WebSocket

Require a D3 webpage which performs the following functions.

* Change timeframe (right click menu is fine)
* Change symbol (right click menu is fine)
* Websockets which reconnect on connection drop
* Keeps track of last bar received
* Has lower pane for RSI and custom indicator
* Integrates Ichimoku Cloud and another indicator
* Must auto resize on desktop and work on mobile

Code will be supplied for indicators and cloud, the person who can show that they can produce this the quickest with minimal code and least hand holding will be awarded the job based on quality vs budget. This is to produce a working prototype, further work to fine tune the code may be awarded after if the quality is satisfactory, if the budget is too low for your skillset please identify why to validate your profile.
