Change around and alter the design of a php file to my requirements.

Hi, I have a php file which displays the details of a property that I have for rent. Here it is: http://www.protectyourrent.co.uk/index.php?page=property&area_id=3&id=207 although the actual page is called "property.php". As you can see there are bits of a google map missing, because it needs to be upgraded, and the layout needs freshening up. I have created a rough design which is enclosed. All the elements are there they just need changing around. Don't worry about the CSS information as this will be a single standalone page but will pull the elements from the main database. If you have any questions please let me know. I will need to tweak the design. I like to work by looking at the design and then sending back suggestions and moulding the page. Once this page has been completed I will want to look at other pages on the website. You will need to understand how image slideshows work e.g. http://ohc956.wix.com/35-princes-st (please look at the images and the sliding at the top of the page. You need to understand how php works and how to pull the information from the main sql database etc. Please let me see any work you have previously completed so I can see your skills. Thanks. Ollie
