Num. of web pages/modules: 4
Description of every page/module: A similar tool as Google Forms (https://docs.google.com/forms) where an administrator can create forms and a user can fill them out written in CakePHP 3 and Angular 2.
Description of requirements/features: User interaction and design exactly as in Google Forms. No login/authentication needed. Only the parts of form generation, form fill out and form results. Same possible question types and validations etc. Everything that will not be programmed/designed as in google Forms must be stated in offer.
Technical requirements:
- Must be written in PHP 7 with CakePHP 3
- Front End must be written in typescript with Angular 2
- Must separate Model/Views/Controllers properly (re-use over Tables)
- Must be delivered in a working CakePHP 3 application as a Plugin!
- Code must be written in English (not perfect English but no other language)
- SSH access with running apache/php7/mysql and a working CakePHP 3 installation will be provided

When you say tool, you mean this will be a desktop application?
RegardsDominik S.29 Jan 2017I hope you did have a look at Google Forms. This application should be online (as Google Forms) and a user should be able to create as many forms as he/she wants. Another user should then be able to answer/fill out the created forms. Please refer to the description of what Google Forms is to clarify what the needed result should be.
