Business Automation/AI setup and install

We are looking for a freelancer to help us automate our business processes. We already provide instant quotations online for our lawn fitting service. But everything else is done manually, particularly replying to repetitive customer emails, make bookings, plan routes and book lawn turf orders, and we want to streamline these processes using AI or other technologies. We need someone who can assess our current systems and recommend solutions that will improve efficiency and productivity please.
