• Create documentation including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, feature description PowerPoint decks, user guides, process flows, and wireframes.
• Define and analyze business and user requirements.
• Conduct Design Thinking sessions to gain insights into end user and customer needs.
• Manage Product Backlog.
• Work with Project Managers and clients to plan and execute User Acceptance Testing.
• Manage apps in appstores
Qualifications:
Minimum:
• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years' experience as a Business Analyst within an Agile environment.

We are currently expanding our product management team to include a Software Business Analyst to support and enhance our customer-focused strategy. We see this position as being an integral part of our ability to proactively respond to an exciting and growing industry to best serve our users.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers on research activities, strategy sessions, requirements, design, and product testing.
• Design & lead customer interviews and market research to identify needs and opportunities for improvement in our best-in-class healthcare learning management system.
• Utilize research and industry/product knowledge to refine and solidify feature requirements as part of our agile development process.
• Help bring our most important features to market through targeted piloting and beta-testing initiatives.
• Create artifacts such as user journey flows, research summaries, and data compilations as needed to communicate findings and insights to our team and clients.
• Unify app developments in progress
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field
• 2+ years of Business Analyst, Product Management, or related industry experience
• Willing and capable to take initiative to proactively gather, synthesize, and present information from a variety of sources and modalities.
• Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to translate technical information to non-technical customers and vice versa.
• Analytical mindset for taking complicated problems and breaking them down into pragmatic solutions.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Familiar with Enterprise and/or B2B software
• Familiarity with app store management for Google and IOS
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience with healthcare and/or technology
• Knowledge of Data Analysis and Visualization Tools
Tools We Use:
• JIRA/Confluence, Trello, Slack, SurveyMonkey, ProductBoard, Salesforce, Microsoft Office 365
