Bulk HTML email sender Wordpress Plugin

Hello

I would like a Wordpress plugin creating that will allow the sending of HTML emails to a list of people uploaded in a CSV file.

Requirements:
- Allow the HTML for the email to be pasted into a text box on an Admin panel.
- HTML Preview of the email design
- CSV File upload of the email address, First name and Last name details.
- Allow the pulling of First and last name from the CSV file and allow embed into the email HTML using a variable.
- Send email using the built in Wordpress mail sender. (In our case we use SMTP.com and the WP Mail SMTP plugin)
- Check the CSV file for email errors. Illegal characters, spaces etc. Also make sure email addresses are lowercase.
- First and last names need to support special characters.
- Log which emails have been sent. So duplicates emails don't occur. (This would be good in a Database table)
- If errors occur log these errors so checks can be made post sending.
- Allow the loading of several HTML email designs that can be chosen before sending.
- Ability to attach a calendar event to the email allowing the recipient to add an event to their calendar.
- This plugin needs to be able to send thousands of emails at once so management of PHP timeouts and scheduling of sending is a must. Maybe using Wordpress CRON with the ability to set the number of emails in each "batch" on the admin panel.
