Build Two-Way API Integration Between Zoho One and FramePoint (Window Quotation Software)

Description:
We are looking for an experienced developer to create a two-way API integration between Zoho One (CRM) and FramePoint, our window and door quoting software. This is a targeted, event-based integration designed to automate the transfer of key lead and quote data between the two systems — but only for specific Zoho sales pipelines.

Integration Scope and Flow:

The API must follow this defined logic:

✅ Zoho ➡️ FramePoint:
• Trigger:
When a Zoho Deal in a specific sales pipeline (we will provide pipeline names/IDs) is updated to status = “Confirmed”.
• Action:
API sends the following data to FramePoint to create a new quote record:
• Lead Name
• Street
• Suburb
• Province
• Postcode
• Email
• A unique Sales Quote ID (generated in Zoho and passed to FramePoint for tracking and matching)

✅ FramePoint ➡️ Zoho:
• Trigger:
When the quote in FramePoint is created and downloaded (locked)
• Action:
FramePoint sends the following data back to the matching Zoho Deal (using the Sales Quote ID for alignment):
• Quote ID (stored in the Zoho Deal)
• Net GST Amount (updates the “Amount” field)
• On any future requote, the API must match the existing Quote ID and prevent duplicate deals being created for the same project.
