Build Low-Code App (Airtable/Softr) from Excel V14

We have a fully audited 10-module business operating workbook (Version 14) in Excel for a furniture business. The logic, formulas, and workflows are 100% complete. We are not building a custom system from scratch—we want to incrementally digitise our existing operating model.

We need an experienced low-code developer to migrate this workbook into Airtable and build simple, mobile/desktop staff portals using Softr or Glide.

Our Key Requirements:

Integrated Modules (Phase 1): Replicate all 10 connected areas into Airtable:

Automated Stock Locking: Eliminate double entry. When an order status is set to "Confirmed", stock must automatically reserve/lock at that specific location across all staff views in real time.

Multi-Device & Multi-Location Access: Staff must be able to log in simultaneously from laptops, tablets, or smartphones with customized screens for:

Warehouse Staff (Intake forms)

Retail Sales Staff (Order entry & live stock lookup)

Delivery Drivers (Mobile route & completion view)

Management (Margin & summary dashboard)

Future E-Commerce Integration: Build standard API/webhook endpoints in Airtable so we can connect an online store (Shopify/WooCommerce) later without rebuilding the system.

Complete Ownership & Zero Lock-In: All accounts, databases, and master logins must belong 100% to us. The system must be simple enough for us to maintain internally without paying for ongoing developer support.
