General information for the business: Personal Project
Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of every module: I am looking for an expert mentor to help me code a production ready web service using C# and the MVC Web API.
I am a Microsoft Certified Professional in SQL Administration and have 15 years software development experience. My main expertise is in ASP.NET C# web forms and SQL.
I have twice previously read ‘Pro ASP.NET Web API Security’ and ‘Practical ASP.NET Web API’ by Badrinarayanan Lakshmiraghavan but find it jumbled and confusing. The internet has no clear ‘step by step’ guide on how to achieve a robust, secure web service for C#.
Each paid session will be recorded with myself owning the copyright of any video, session and coding produced.
Requirements:
1) Encryption (Must be reversible using iOs classes)
2) Session Management
3) Authentication / Authorization
4) Salted password (private key)
Please could you quote me the amount of hours, cost and your availability (including GMT times) to commission your services.
I also plan to create a series of C# topics including OAuth2 in the near future.
Would you consider providing ongoing RESTful Web Service mentoring to me?
Please feel free to ask me any questions relating to this project and I look forward to your questions and comments.
I am looking to start this project with immediate effect. I would really appreciate your tuition.

Description of requirements/functionality: This project will use the default webservice created by VS 2012 and return the GET json values of Value 1 & Value 2. The main purpose of this project is to encrypt and secure the service.
The webservice must be able to send and receive encrypted messages and successfully decrypt them. Encrypted responses sent from the server must be coded to let a client iOs app decrypt them and vice versa.
The service must be protective against 'Man In The Middle' attacks.
